Submitting Your Camera-Ready Manuscript

*** Note ***

The deadline for submitting the camera-ready manuscripts for the WDSI proceedings is January 7, 2012.

Manuscripts that are not prepared in accordance with the style sheet will not be included in the proceedings.

  1. Important:  You must be the submitting (contact) author to upload a camera-ready paper.
  2. Make sure your camera-ready manuscript is prepared according to the instructions outlined in the style sheet. Please Note: For refereed session papers, six (6) pages per each accepted paper are allowed. There will be a charge of $35.00 for each additional page (you must include this fee when you complete your online registration). For abstract sessions, workshops, panels and special sessions two (2) pages are allowed. Also, the page allowance is for each registration, so an author who has more than one paper or abstract accepted will be subject to extra page charges for papers beyond the first unless a co-author is also a separate registrant.
  3. Log into the User Authentication screen using the login and password sent to you in your confirmation e-mail. Note: If you have forgotten them, use the "Forgot Password?" link.
  4. After a successful login you will see your Welcome page.
  5. Click the My Papers link under Author to display your paper(s).
  6. Under Action click CameraReady
  7. Scroll down to the Camera Ready Version section of the screen.
  8. In the File field, click the Browse button to locate your camera-ready manuscript on your computer (only Microsoft Word file types will be accepted).  Click Open to select it.
  9. Type or copy/paste a text abstract into the Abstract field.  Do not include the paper title or authors' names. Important:  This abstract is limited to 750 characters, including spaces.
  10. Click the Upload button to upload your camera-ready paper and abstract.
